1. General Refund Policy – No Refunds Permitted

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all sales are final, and The Skill Vendor maintains a strict no-refund policy. This applies to all transactions, including but not limited to:

a) Accidental or unintended purchases

b) Non-utilization of services, courses, or content

c) Dissatisfaction with course content, instructors, or learning outcomes

d) Change of personal or business circumstances

e) Inability to complete the course within a preferred timeline

f) Subscription auto-renewal charges

Upon successful processing of your payment, you are not entitled to any refund, partial or full, nor to any prorated fee adjustment for unused services during your subscription period.

Digital goods and services, once delivered or accessible, are non-returnable under applicable Indian law (as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and allied rules). Due to the nature of digital education services, we do not offer refunds once access is granted or services are rendered.

2. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

If your selected plan involves recurring billing (monthly, quarterly, or annually), your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you prior to the renewal date.

i. You are solely responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription through your account dashboard.

ii. We will not issue refunds for renewal charges once they are processed, even if the renewal was unintentional or the subscription was no longer needed.

iii. To avoid unwanted charges, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

We do not take responsibility for missed cancellation deadlines due to user inaction or oversight.

3. Refunds Under Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is non-refundable, The Skill Vendor may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider refund requests in the following rare and verifiable situations:

a. Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service due to a system or payment gateway error.

b. Unauthorized Transactions: If it is proven to our satisfaction that a transaction was carried out fraudulently or without your knowledge due to account compromise.

To qualify for such exceptions, you must:

I. Notify us within 7 days of the transaction, and

II. Provide all necessary documentation or proof (e.g., bank statements, error screenshots, authorization letters).

Our decision in such matters will be final and binding. Approval of a refund under exceptional circumstances does not set a precedent nor shall it be deemed an obligation to entertain future refund requests on the same grounds.

4. User Responsibility and Acknowledgement

By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you explicitly acknowledge that:

B. You were not coerced or misled into making the purchase

D. You will not initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or legal action without first contacting our support team for resolution

E. Abuse of refund requests, dispute mechanisms, or payment gateways may result in suspension or termination of your account
